Ayvens MHC Mobility Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is a joint venture between ALD Automotive and Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc. It was established as the first ASEAN partnership between the two companies.

Our Story
Ayvens was created through the acquisition of LeasePlan by ALD Automotive, bringing together two global leaders in vehicle leasing and mobility services.
Key Milestones
- 1963: LeasePlan was founded in Amsterdam.
- 1968: ALD Automotive was established in Paris as part of Société Générale.
- 2022: ALD Automotive announced the acquisition of LeasePlan.
- 22 May 2023: The acquisition was officially completed.
- 16 October 2023: The combined company was launched under the new name Ayvens.
